Paul Meadows is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience across diverse industries. Holding industry certifications from prominent organizations such as Cisco, Microsoft, and CompTIA, Paul's commitment to continuous learning is evident. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from the Virginia Military Institute and furthered his education with a Master of Arts degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
Paul's career journey has been characterized by leadership roles in various sectors, including the United States Navy, primary and secondary education, higher education, and healthcare. Since 2008, he has been the driving force behind the success of Integrated Technology Group, Inc., an IT Managed Services Company. His approach to business is rooted in timeless principles and strong ethics, which has led the company to thrive.
Prior to launching his own enterprise, Paul demonstrated exceptional management prowess by simultaneously overseeing six pivotal projects crucial to the establishment of OrthoVirginia's 80,000 square foot facility in Lynchburg. Over the past 15 years as President and CEO of Integrated Technology Group, Paul's leadership has guided the company through managing substantial technical projects for over 100 physician-owned medical practices, amounting to tens of millions of dollars.
Paul's greatest strength lies in his fervent passion for building exceptional businesses. He recognizes technology as a crucial tool but firmly believes that greatness is achieved through well-founded business principles. As a visionary, he excels in capturing the bigger picture and is skilled at inspiring and motivating others. His commitment to accountability and discipline is evident in various organizations, and he continues to hone these abilities as a dedicated Professional EOS Implementor.
Under Paul's guidance, Integrated Technology Group has garnered numerous accolades, including being consistently recognized as the Best IT Company in the Lynchburg Area. The company's impact extends beyond the technological realm, with honors for Community Impact and distinctions as the Best Small and Medium Business. Paul's interest in Information Technology sparked in the late 90s when he foresaw the rising demand for technology in business.
In addition to his academic achievements, Paul's dedication to leadership principles is commendable. He reads extensively to augment his understanding and actively implements these principles daily. Participation in multiple peer groups contributes to his continuous learning, and he frequently engages in public speaking to share his insights with audiences aiming to enhance their businesses. He’s passionate about moving our clients’ systems to the cloud solution as this will improve their security, adapt to growth, and lower costs.
