Scott is responsible for the day to day technical service and project delivery, while also ensuring customer satisfaction with his team. Scott believes that the success of our clients means ITG’s success.

Kelly commits to maintaining customer equipment related to cabling, surveillance and access control. He services existing clients as well as installs hardware and software for new security projects.

Claire's role is to be the driving force behind the medical and dental managers groups. Brand-building and cultivating the business community all while leading a team of amazing people with the goal of making a lasting impact on every client.

Fun fact: Nathanael is 1 of 5 brothers and lived in Nepal for a few years.
Caleb Eckard

He assists our SOC team on security audits and is our first STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) student of 2022!

What does Steven do?
He is responsible for making sure our client’s data is constantly being backed up and that we are providing the best solution for their technology needs. Furthermore, he ensures that our team is effective by supporting them as well.
Fun fact: Has played guitar since he was 12 years old – he currenly plays in 3 local bands and even appeared in the movie, “Lake Effects” with 2 original songs on the soundtrack!
Chris Wood

Chris’s primary role is to ensure the core equipment of our clients' networks are running smoothly, efficiently and securely. Core functions include routers, switches and firewalls.

Michael Dunn

Certifications: MCSA for Windows 10 (projected May 2020) with a goal of earning his MCSE in either Office 365 or Server 2016.
What does Michael do?
As a systems engineer, Michael wants to ensure that our clients’ systems are running the best they can be and always look for opportunities to provide better, more efficient ways to use their systems. He will also improve monitoring and alerting that we receive to provide the best proactive service. He’s passionate about moving our clients’ systems to the cloud solution as this will improve their security, adapt to growth, and lower costs. He’s bringing more innovation to ITG managed systems and solutions.
Fun fact: Mike loves woodworking and making anything with his hands.
